Website purpose
This site provides general information about LeadFly and allows higher education professionals to request a discovery conversation. Website content is informational and does not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, admissions, security, or implementation advice.
No offer or customer agreement
Scheduling or participating in a discovery call does not create a customer, partnership, employment, fiduciary, or advisory relationship. Any evaluation, pilot, subscription, implementation, support, data processing, or professional services arrangement requires a separate written agreement signed by the applicable parties.
Product information and outcomes
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but features, availability, deployment requirements, and service descriptions may change. LeadFly does not guarantee enrollment, conversion, financial, compliance, or institutional outcomes. Results depend on institutional policies, data quality, staffing, configuration, execution, and other factors outside LeadFly’s control.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at unreasonable volume, misrepresent your identity, or use its content to infringe another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
The LeadFly name, logo, website design, copy, product images, and related materials are owned by or licensed to LeadFly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the public site for its intended purpose.

The site uses Calendly for meeting scheduling and may link to other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. LeadFly is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or conduct.
